CEO, Founder
Kevin is responsible for Smart Destinations' overall business strategy and direction. With more than 20 years of marketing and product management experience, Kevin's vision is behind the company's global growth. A veteran entrepreneur, Kevin has played a leading role at a number of successful global software brands and Internet start-up companies, including Netspoke (acquired by Premier Conferencing), exchange.com (acquired by Amazon), and Delphi Internet (acquired by News Corporation), as well as launching first generation products for Sybase and FTP Software. Kevin holds a BS from the University of Connecticut School of Business.

President, Founder
A Travel industry Veteran, Cecilia is leading the charge in Smart Destinations' consumer product expansion, overseeing all day to day field operations and strategic distribution partnerships both domestic and International. Prior to founding Smart Destinations, Cecilia developed innovative travel packages throughout the world and was responsible for a $30 million line of business for Collette Vacations, one of the largest and most successful travel wholesalers in the United States. Prior to that, she spent six years at Saga Holidays, a travel company specializing in programs for travelers aged 50 and over. Cecilia was named one of Boston Business Journal's Top 40 Executives under 40 in 2005. Cecilia is an active volunteer and New England e-Council member for the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship as well as an active fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society including participation several Team in Training events. Cecilia holds a degree in Leisure Management and Tourism from University of New Hampshire.

Chief Marketing Officer
With over 15 years experience working with and for Internet leaders, Rob is responsible for Smart Destinations marketing and online presence. Previously, Rob was a Vice President at GSI Commerce, where he led the teams responsible for the online stores of companies such as adidas, Bath and Body Works, Dick's Sporting Goods, and iRobot. He worked closely with these and other clients to support their expansion into customized products, paper catalogs, and multi-channel commerce. Prior to joining GSI Commerce, Rob was responsible for the retail practice of Fort Point Partners, a leading eCommerce consulting and systems integration boutique whose clients included Best Buy, J.Crew, and Martha Stewart. He also worked for McKinsey & Company advising retail and media clients on their Internet and eCommerce strategies in the U.S. and Europe. Rob first started working in the Internet in 1994, when he joined Internet software pioneer Worlds Inc. He received his BA from Yale, a MA in Philosophy from Cambridge, and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard.

Chief Technology Officer
Matt oversees all aspects of the Smart Destinations technology network across North America, enabling attraction partners and consumers to benefit from the company’s smart card platform. Matt also is responsible for the technical infrastructure behind Smart Destinations Web presence. He has more than 10 years experience working at a range of technology oriented startups such as Iwant.com, Performaworks (purchased by Workscape) and BlueSocket. Matt was also an early practitioner in the Software as a Service (SaaS) field working across industries with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Matt holds a MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University.

Chief Financial Officer
In his role as VP of Finance, Rob is responsible for the financial, legal and administration functions at Smart Destinations. Rob has over 10+ years experience working in financial roles at companies including Switchboard.com (acquired by Infospace), Hyperknowledge, and Cahners Business Information. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Providence College and an MBA – Finance from Bentley College.

Terrell Jones
Managing Principal, Essential Ideas

As managing principal of Essential Ideas, a consultancy he co-founded, Terry helps companies in their transition to the digital economy. Terry founded Travelocity.com and led the company as President and Chief Executive Officer from it’s founding until May 2002. Previously, Jones served as Chief Information Officer at Sabre Inc. and held a number of other executive roles over the course of his 24 years with the company. Prior to joining Sabre, Terry was a Division President at American Airlines. Terry serves on the Board of Directors of Earthlink, Inc., La Quinta Corporation, Kayak.com, and is a special venture partner with General Catalyst Partners. He is a graduate of Denison University.

Robert Hohman
Co-Founder, CEO, Glassdoor.com

Robert Hohman is co-founder and chief executive officer of Glassdoor.com and member of the company's board of directors. Before creating Glassdoor, Bob was most recently president of Hotwire, a leading discount travel site and division of Expedia, Inc. Bob was one of the original team members of Expedia, and was part of the executive team that took it public in 1999. During his Expedia tenure, Bob also served as president of Classic Custom Vacations and executive vice president of Cruise & Packages for Expedia North America. In Expedia's early stage, Bob led the engineering team that built the cruise, hotel, and package booking systems. Bob started his career at Microsoft and worked as a software developer in a range of areas from Windows 95 to interactive television to online games. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from Stanford University.

Glenn Rieger
General Partner, NewSpring Ventures and Partner, NewSpring Capital.

Prior to joining NewSpring in 2004, Glenn was a co-founder and managing director of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners. Prior to Cross Atlantic, Rieger was a Senior Vice President for Safeguard Scientifics, in charge of business development. Previously, Rieger was a managing director of a boutique investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and President and Chief Executive Officer of a $1 billion California savings bank. Rieger sits on the Board of Directors of NitroSecurity, Profit Point and Smart Destinations and is an active leader in the Mid-Atlantic venture capital community. He is a graduate of Colby College and has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brett Rome
General Partner, North Hill Ventures

For more than fifteen years, Brett has worked closely with companies specializing in information technology and services, information services, and marketing automation. Before joining North Hill Ventures in 1999, Brett was a Principal at Westbury Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused primarily on investments in telecommunications, health care, and information technology. While there, he led or participated in several successful transactions, including Andromedia (acquired by Macromedia), MGC Communications (IPO), and Gray Peak Technologies (acquired by US Web). Prior to Westbury, Brett was a Principal at The Parthenon Group, a Boston-based strategy consulting firm. At Parthenon, Brett's primary task was assisting clients in effectively integrating acquisitions into their existing operations. Brett holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar, and an A.B., magna cum laude, from Princeton University.

Mike Forgash
Managing Partner, Zon Capital Partners

Mike's twenty year career was primarily in the software and services industry where he twice led companies as CEO to successful acquisitions. Mike leveraged these skills into a successful venture capital career in 1998. Prior to the formation of Zon Capital, Mike was an officer and head of the e-Commerce and Software practice area for Safeguard Scientifics (SFE), a publicly traded (NYSE) venture capital holding company. He was responsible for venture transactions totaling in excess of $135 million and was a member of ten portfolio company boards, including three he assisted in their IPO process.

Prior to joining Safeguard, Mike headed up of two information technology companies. He was President of Continental Healthcare Systems of Overland Park, Kansas, a healthcare information systems and services company. Following the successful trade sale of Continental, Mike became CEO of Creative Multimedia, an Internet professional services company located in Portland, Oregon, which designed and delivered Internet solutions for businesses. He led and managed all aspects of Creative Multimedia, including a complete restructuring, leading to the eventual sale of the business. Mike began his technology business career at Shared Medical Systems in sales and marketing in the Philadelphia area. Mike holds a business degree from Duke University.

Steve Boulanger
Chief Financial Officer, Care.com

Steve has extensive experience as a CFO prior to his current role at Care.com, a service that helps busy people find reliable local child care, pet care, senior care, tutoring, and housekeeping. He has held the position at numerous venture backed technology companies, including FASTech Integration, Inc., OpenPages, Inc., and Smart Destinations.com.

After graduating from Dartmouth College with an AB Economics degree, Steve took his first job in public accounting at the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Three years later, he left public accounting to pursue an MBA at Harvard Business School. He graduated with honors in 1983 and has been following his passion for business ever since. He shares his other passion—sports—with his children, and can be found cheering on his sons or coaching their teams when he's not playing tennis, golf, basketball, or soccer himself.
